Numerous research studies have documented consistent, significant correlations between the presence of large groups of meditators and improvements in social indicators such as crime rates, war deaths, and terrorist activity. Many spiritual leaders and visionary thinkers have hypothesized that these global rituals for peace may accelerate the emergence of a unified global consciousness.
The vision of the GaiaField Project is to support the emergence of a large, resilient, multi-hub network of spiritual leaders and their constituencies who will regularly participate in and co-create large-scale global meditation and prayer vigils. Our aim is not so much to set up another new global meditation network, but to facilitate the sharing of information and resources between the many existing networks which share the goal of bringing together hundreds of thousands of people in meditation or prayer for world peace. Our strategy involves upgrading this website (www.gaiafield.net) to incorporate state-of-the-art web broadcasting, mapping, and social networking technology to more easily organize events, connect peacemakers with each other, and enhance participants’ sense of interconnection during events. (This current website is a placeholder for the interactive website still in development.) Our strategy also includes convening face-to-face meetings with relevant spiritual leaders and organizing annual live or online gatherings for leaders.
The GaiaField Project is currently a joint project of the California Institute of Integral Studies and Wisdom Mountain, both of which are non-profit organizations based in Northern California.”

"Calling the Healing Waters" sculpture/sundial

The Native American lore surrounding my healing waters is the stuff of legends. Now, this heritage is brought to manifestation with a magnificant sculpture soon to adorn my shores.

Two artists have created the "Calling the Healing Waters" sculpture/sundial. The community of Soap Lake will be building a Promontory Plaza on my shores featuring this one and a half lifesize bronze sculpture. The highest feather on the sculpture acts as a sundial. The Plaza will be surrounded by basalt stones acting as hour markers. This sculpture/sundial embodies the essense of my being. More shall be revealed.

Last lake to freeze

Even in winters white many birds visit my shores. "Smokiam" (Indian name for Soap Lake, means healing waters)should be considered as a Source Water for Water for World Peace.

What does Source Water mean?

Source Water is a body of water resulting from ancient cataclysmic geological events shaping the world then whose evidence is being repurposed to shape the world today. Soap Lake would be an example. This idea is that bodies of water having violent natural creations would have an opposite vibratory frequency of peace and healing today. (Through the Law of Transmutation and Transmission of Radiant Energy.)

Consider this verse in the Holy Bible as an indicator of the power of water and all it contains-

2Kings2:19-22

19 Then the men of the city said to Elisha, “Behold now, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord sees; but the water is bad, and the land is unfruitful.”
20 And he said, “Bring me a new jar, and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him.
21 And he went out to the spring of water, and threw salt in it and said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘I have purified/healed these waters; there shall not be from there death or unfruitfulness any longer.’”
22 So the waters have been purified to this day, according to the word of Elisha which he spoke.

Note- the current day “Dead Sea” was called The Salt Sea (-1,300 ft). It is entirely possible that the above referred salts were actually minerals (salts) from the Dead Sea. [Hopefully the name will change when people realize words create vibrations in the global consciousness.]

It is said that rival Indian tribes would call a truce when they came to Soap Lake to relax and heal themselves and their animals. The icthyol in Soap Lake water most likely come from decomposition of tiny brine-like red shrimp that flourish in the water from late spring to mid-summer. Like the (hopefully renamed :) Dead Sea, the high mineral content of the lake makes the water very buoyant.

The alkalinity of the lake is similar to that found on the moons of Jupiter. Because of this, in 2002 the National Science Foundation awarded a grant to researchers from Central Washington University to study the lake to learn about the possibility of life on Mars.

Next up I'll tell you about my mineral compostion and recent discoveries of new species, the kind that can help save the planet.

Soap Lake, a body of water unlike any other on this planet, famous for its healing properties, ancient in its composition, containing the highest diverse mineral content of any natural body of water is presented here for consideration as a Source Water (more about that later) for the Water for World Peace project.

Soap Lake is a meromictic lake in the town of Soap Lake, Washington formed by the Missoula Floods at the foot of the Grand Coulee. The lake gets its name from the naturally-occurring foam that gives its water a soapy appearance and because the lake's mineral-rich waters have a slick, soapy feel. The lake is approximately 2 mi.² (5.12 km²) in area and 70 feet (21.2 m) deep. (Wikipedia)

Stay tuned for more about the history, National Science Foundation research and the town of Soap Lake.

Look at my Soap Lake suds.
